Why do I need an account?

We require account creation to enable you to come back later and download your tickets if you lose the email or it gets caught in some spam filter and never makes it to you. We will also use your email address to send you a reminder and discount offer for the event(s) you purchase tickets for the following year. We will not send you endless emails or share your email address with anyone.

How do I receive my tickets?

Once you complete your purchase here, you will receive 2 emails. One is a receipt for your purchase. The second is your ticket(s). Your tickets will be both in the email body AND in an attached pdf file. You can open and print the pdf file or just bring the email on your phone and we can scan it at the show straight from your phone. If you don’t get the emails, refer to the FAQ below (I didn’t get my tickets).

What is our refund policy?

As with most event tickets, the tickets are non-refundable. You can see our refund policy here.

I didn’t get my tickets, what do I do?

You can log into your account here at and then go to your My Account page to find your tickets and download them directly. NOTE: An account on is NOT the same account as one you might have on

Are my tickets good for both Saturday and Sunday?

Your ticket will get you in one of the two days. It doesn’t matter which day you come. The ticket will only work for a single event entry

Will there be LEGO sets and parts for sale at the event?

The event focuses on displays. But, we always have vendors and interactive play areas too.

Can I leave the event and return later in the same day?

Yes, we will stamp your hand at the exit door.

Is there a schedule of events?

Typically, there is no set schedule of things at the expositions. But, there are times when one of the participants will do something special. We try to announce those things ahead of time for the event. But, generally, we can only say, be there by 10 AM if you want an opportunity to sign up for any special event.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

There is a spot to enter and apply the code at the bottom left corner of the shopping cart page. Don’t forget to hit the Apply button after entering the coupon code.

How does parking work?

Parking varies by venue. Please check the venue’s website for information on parking as it is beyond the control of Brickworld.

Do you offer discounted tickets to military and/or first responders?

Yes, we offer discounted tickets to both military and first responders at most of our events. The military member (active and retired)/first responder and their immediate family will receive the discount. The discount is only available at the door, and the military member/first responder must show a valid ID.
